Terms & Conditions

We offer 1-on-1 online guitar lessons for students of all levels, delivered via Zoom or Google Meet, along with monthly and multi-month lesson plans as described on our website.

• Lessons are scheduled at mutually agreed times between the student and instructor.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that session.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a lesson in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice where possible.

• Payment is required in advance for the Monthly or 3-Month plan you select.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change for future billing periods; current students will be notified in advance of any price changes.
• Payments made via PayPal, UPI, or Google Pay as shown on our website.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once lessons for that period have begun, except at our discretion (see Refunds below).

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied after your first lesson, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you on a resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward future lessons.

We ask that students arrive on time, be respectful during sessions, and provide a working internet connection, camera, and instrument for lessons. Instructors reserve the right to end a session early or decline further lessons in cases of abusive or disrespectful behavior.

Student and teacher portal accounts are for personal use only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

While we are committed to helping you improve, musical progress depends on individual practice, consistency, and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines for skill development.

Lesson materials, practice guides, and roadmaps provided by OKPHX Guitar Lessons are for your personal learning use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without permission.

OKPHX Guitar Lessons is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
